The CrediMax Mobile App is a handy tool for customers of CrediMax cardholders.
CrediMax is a mobile service offered by the company, allowing customers to manage their CrediMax cards, complete e-payments, view statements, and more.
This app allows customers to add their cards, change PINs, apply for new cards and add their preferences. It is also possible to change the credit limit, request a replacement card, submit a claim and view e-mail statements.
The card is sent to the mobile number registered with the CrediMax cardholder.
The customer can access the app from the Android smartphone or tablet by navigating to the "Mobile Banking" section. This section will open a web browser to allow the user to navigate to the CrediMax website, where the user can log in with the customer login and password they entered on the website, which will be retrieved from the mobile app.
Once logged in, the customer can access all services available to them on the website, as well as on the app. It is possible to view the customer's credit limit, card information, e-statement, and pay statements.
There is a section where the customer can check their loyalty points, change PINs and ask for a new card. It is also possible to view the customer's information, such as account number, card type, card details, cardholders' name, email address, card expiration, etc.
If the customer needs help, there is a phone number on the phonecard that can be used to contact the customer service team for the CrediMax cardholder.
In the "Secure Payment" section, the customer can pay their bills, send money to other CrediMax cardholders and pay via a Visa/Mastercard/Switch card.
